    How do I know if career coaching is right for me?
    Coaching is a good fit if you feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of your next move. Many of my clients had already tried job boards, résumé workshops, or advice from friends and still felt lost.     What happens during a coaching session?
    Every session is one-on-one and focused on where you are in your career journey. For example, in the Launch Package we might dig into your strengths and map them to specific industries. In the Job Search Package, we may review your résumé together or practice interview questions. You’ll always leave with a written recap and an action roadmap so you know exactly what to do before our next meeting.

    How often will we meet?
    We meet twice a month. Depending on the package, sessions are either 60 minutes (for career direction and job search) or 30 minutes (for onboarding and leadership support). This rhythm gives you enough time to make progress between sessions without losing momentum.

    What kind of support do I get between sessions?
    All packages include unlimited text and email support. That means if you get a last-minute interview, need help preparing for a tough conversation with your manager, or want feedback on an application, you don’t have to wait until our next meeting you can reach out and get the guidance you need in real time.

    What makes this coaching different from a traditional career counselor?
    Traditional career advice often assumes everyone thinks and works the same way. My coaching is built specifically for neurodivergent professionals. That means we tackle things like executive functioning struggles, masking fatigue, burnout, and rejection sensitivity head-on. Instead of forcing you to fit into a system, we design a system around how your brain works.

    Will this actually help me get a job or promotion?
    Yes but it’s a partnership. I provide frameworks, tools, and accountability, and you put them into action.
