Coaching for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD Managers
Stepping into leadership is hard when your brain works differently. We coach neurodivergent managers, and the teams around them, to lead in a way that fits how they actually think.
Stepping into management is hard for anyone. For a neurodivergent person, it can feel impossible. We have worked with people who spent twenty years brilliant at their job, then stepped into a manager role and watched things start to go sideways, while the team around them wanted to help and had no idea how.
Management comes at you from every direction at once. The cognitive load lands harder. Small things take more to process, and the little time you have disappears. You are suddenly expected to read people on the spot, when reading people was never your strength. It can start to feel like this is simply something you cannot do.
It is not.
Someone who speaks your language, in the room with you
Together we find where the miscommunication is actually happening, where rejection sensitivity is quietly creeping in, and exactly what to do about it. It is like having someone who speaks your language come in and translate what kept getting lost, and the change often happens faster than anyone expects. Because we look at how things land in the real environment and then talk it through, we course correct as we go, in real time, not in theory.
One on one
Direct coaching for you, built around how you actually think.
With your manager
So the person above you is part of the solution, not another gap.
With the whole team
So everyone starts speaking the same language.
We have also worked with people who wanted to move into management but could never break through, and helped them get promoted into roles they had started to believe were closed to them.
This is for you if
Years in, still hard
You have managed for years and it just feels harder than it should.
New to leading
You want to become a manager and do not know how to step in.
Just promoted
You were recently promoted and are feeling the full weight of it.
On the team
You are on a team with a neurodivergent manager and want everyone to communicate.
Neurodivergent managers need real support.
Almost no one is talking about it. This is the work we know how to do. Tell us where you are, and we will build from there.
