We want the neurodiversity conversation happening across the whole company, not only inside HR, and not only when someone is already in trouble. The next time your team talks about onboarding, recruiting, a slide deck, a training, a deliverable, even the website, we want minds that think differently to be part of that conversation.

Around 1 in 5 people is neurodivergent. For your conversations to actually include those minds, you need people who understand how those minds work. That is what this builds.

How it works

Bring the expertise in house

Six months, biweekly

A live virtual session every other week, with community discussion and activities in between.

Learn, apply, learn

We learn, we observe, we practice, we create change, and we talk about it.

Then six months more

Community support to ask, review, and get help. Every session recorded and shared.

What it produces

Real changes, built into how you work

Inside this program we have helped companies rewrite their job descriptions, rebuild onboarding, and create the internal handouts their teams actually use, from online communication to internal presentations. We have trained people to deliver their own internal trainings, guided managers and teams through the hard conversations that happen when things are not going right, including performance improvement plans, and even helped rebuild websites.

The point is simple: get the expertise and the language in house, so the neurodiversity conversation can happen at every point in your company where it should.

The curriculum

What we cover

Across the six months we move through the places cognitive differences actually show up at work, each live session paired with applied work on your own real situations.

  • What cognitive differences are, and how they show up at work
  • Communication, and why clear instructions are often received as anything but
  • Task initiation, priorities, and deadlines
  • Rejection sensitivity, feedback, and change
  • Masking, hidden labor, and unsustainable performance
  • Hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Disclosure conversations and accommodations
  • When it is not working, and what to do next
