On-demand neurodiversity help, for the moments that cannot wait
Expert support you can reach for when you actually need it, without signing up for anything larger than the problem in front of you.
Help that meets the moment
Most neurodiversity support asks you to commit to something big before you can get any help at all, a full program, a training series, a months-long engagement. Sometimes that is exactly the right call. It is not much use, though, at four o’clock on a Tuesday when an accommodation request has just landed on your desk and you genuinely do not know whether the answer is yes, no, or something in between.
On-demand support is built for that moment. It is expert neurodiversity help you can reach for when you actually need it, without signing up for anything larger than the problem in front of you.
When companies reach for this
Real moments, with the clock running
The call usually comes when something real is happening and you would rather get it right than guess. A few of the moments people bring to us:
An accommodation request came in
You want to get it right rather than default to a reflexive yes or no.
A situation is going sideways
Something with a neurodivergent employee is starting to slip, and you would rather understand it than react to it.
A hard conversation is coming
A manager is stuck ahead of it and needs a read before they walk into the room.
A performance concern surfaced
You want to be genuinely fair, which means understanding what is actually going on underneath it.
You want a second set of eyes
Someone who knows this work to sanity-check your thinking before you act on it.
No expertise in house
You do not want to get an important, human decision wrong for lack of someone to ask.
A conversation, in plain terms
We get on a call and talk through what is actually happening. When it is an accommodation request, we look closely at what has been asked for and work out whether it will genuinely do the job, whether there is a version of it that works better for both the person and the team, and what the practical next step looks like.
When it is a situation rather than a request, we untangle what is really going on, separate the part that is a genuine problem from the part that is a mismatch between a brain and an environment, and figure out what to do about it. You leave the conversation knowing what to do and why, instead of guessing or reaching for a blanket policy that fits nobody.
There when it counts, gone when it is handled
Not every company needs, or is ready for, a full engagement, and plenty of the moments that matter most do not give you the runway to build one. On-demand support meets you where you actually are. It is there for the hard moment and gone once the moment is handled, with no standing overhead and no program to maintain.
It is especially useful for teams that do not have neurodiversity expertise in house and do not want to get an important, human decision wrong for lack of someone to ask. Think of it less as a service you enroll in and more as an expert in your corner, available for the calls that count.
Here when you need it. Gone when you do not. That is the whole idea.
